KENT CROSS
OUR COACHES
Endurance Coach, AG IRONMAN Champion
GOAL-FOCUSED. RESULTS DRIVEN.
Kent Cross came to triathlon via an unlikely route - 12 years of professional motorsport racing. The drive, discipline and mental resilience required at circuit level translated naturally into endurance sport, and Kent hasn't looked back since.
What started as a personal athletic pursuit quickly became a passion for helping others. Kent discovered how rewarding the triathlon community is and became determined to help athletes of all levels represent themselves at their best - whether that's toeing the line at Kona or completing a first sprint triathlon.
His coaching approach is practical and goal-focused. He meets athletes where they are and builds from there.
